"Why Church?" is a sermon series that explores common questions and misconceptions people have about the purpose and importance of the Church. I designed this graphic with oversized typography to make the central question impossible to ignore, emphasizing that it's a conversation many people wrestle with. The church illustration placed in the middle serves as the visual focal point, symbolizing the Church as the answer to those questions rather than just a building. The smaller questions scattered throughout the design represent the doubts and thoughts people often have, such as whether church is necessary or if faith can be lived out alone. I used a limited black, white, and orange color palette to create strong contrast, with the orange highlighting the Church and key elements to represent life, passion, and community. Overall, the design reflects the series' goal of addressing honest questions while pointing people toward the biblical purpose of gathering together and living in Christian community.
